60~145kv Oi-filled Erected Current Transformer

This series of current transformers includes LB-60W2,LB-66W2(LB-72.5W2),LB9-110W2(LB9-126W2),LB9-120W2(LB9-123W2),LB-132W2,LB-138W2(LB-145W2) The product of the same model is used for current and energy measurement and relay protection in 60-145KV, 50-60Hz power systems. The product meets the requirements of GB 1208 "Current Transformers", IEC60044-1 "Current Transformers" and other standards. This series of products is divided into ordinary type and cast aluminum type according to the fuel tank material. Users can choose according to their needs.

Equipped with built-in limit seals, the seals are not exposed to air, resulting in better sealing performance and longer service life
The product structure is advanced and has obtained a national patent with the number ZL201020162754.4
The fuel tank is made of corrosion-resistant alloy aluminum material, which does not generate local eddy current heating and is difficult to rust
The porcelain sleeve is made of high-strength porcelain and is bonded to the fuel tank as a whole, with a compact structure, beautiful appearance, and high mechanical strength
Advanced main insulation structure, better insulation performance, and higher process reliability
The oil discharge valve uses a syringe to take oil samples, ensuring the accuracy of oil analysis
The drying process is advanced, using imitation thermal conductivity, medium temperature, and high vacuum drying technology. The insulation does not age, and the dielectric loss of the product is low. The dielectric loss of 10kV is less than 0.3%, and the dielectric loss increment is below 0.05%, making the operation more reliable
The oil injection process is advanced, using heated mist vacuum oil injection technology, and the product has a small release rate
