Power Transformer
Large power transformers are the core of the power transmission system and are indispensable. Their core function is to convert high voltage to low voltage and vice versa, laying the foundation for long-distance transmission and distribution of electricity.
They can efficiently handle high power. For instance, 110KV-220kV high-voltage transformers, optimized and verified through dedicated programs, feature small size, low loss, and other advantages, enabling efficient and reliable power supply.
With a conversion efficiency of over 95% (and over 99% for some models), they significantly reduce long-term operating costs. They boast excellent insulation performance, high stability, and the ability to adapt to harsh environments. Additionally, they have low maintenance costs and a long service life, providing solid support for the power system.

Voltage Regulation Types: On-load tap changing (OLTC) and off-load tap changing.
On-load tap changers are divided into: Vacuum type and oil-immersed type.
The bell-shaped tank, constructed from Q235B steel plates (with detachable cooling fins), enhances structural strength and provides an improved appearance.
The conservator (oil-expansion tank) employs either a diaphragm type or corrugated metal expansion design.
