Dry-Type Transformer

The non-encapsulated coil three-phase dry-type power transformer, produced by Xuzhou Jinteng, utilizes the UL-approved Nomex insulation system. It offers safety, reliability, energy efficiency, fire resistance, explosion-proofing, and easy maintenance. With advanced design, a rational structure, and an attractive appearance, its performance-such as partial discharge, no-load loss, load loss, and noise-exceeds domestic standards.  It operates well in high-humidity, polluted, or humid environments near lakes, seas, and rivers. Suitable for high fire-safety and heavy-load areas like high-rises, airports, stations, docks, subways, hospitals, power plants, shopping centers, and petrochemical or nuclear plants. Featuring epoxy-sealed windings, it is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, and pollution-free. Its compact design allows installation close to the load center, ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
Applying Ambient Conditions:
Installation Height : the atitude should not exceed 1000m
Ambient temperature: -30°C-+40°C
Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is more than 30% lower than thatof the ScB10 product, and all losses are lower than the SCB13 dry-tvpetransformer, with excellent eneray-saving effect, economic operation, andmaintenance-free.
Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts foreign advanced mixingmethods and vacuum film degassing technologies to make themixtureevenly stired and completely eliminate air bubbles in the mixture
Installation environment inclination of installation lace<3, no obvious dirt andcorrosive or flammable gas
